We have engineered and designed our products to be absolutely bulletproof but sometimes, things don’t always go as planned; that’s why all of Ross Snow Tech’s products are covered in our Limited Warranty Program.

How long does the limited warranty last?

RST products are covered for 365 days after date of purchase.

What is covered?

The RST Warranty Program covers any material defects, workmanship or malfunction due to manufacturing error. RST will repair or replace the product or it’s components, if it is determined by RST to be defective in materials or workmanship.

What the warranty program doesn’t cover:

RST does not cover lost or stolen products, damage from normal wear and tear or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

How to file a warranty claim:

Simply send an email to support@rstsnow.com that includes a picture of the defective part or parts along with original proof of purchase. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, RST will replace or repair the defective component or product, if it is determined by RST to be defective in materials or workmanship. If the product needs to be replaced, send the defective product to our warehouse at 1921 W. 64th Ln, Denver, CO 80221. Once we have received the defective product, please allow up to five business days for us to complete your repair.
